About Me
Experienced and innovative UI/UX Designer with 5 years in working with various industries including B2B Grocery, E-commerce (Game Voucher and Grocery), Agritech Coffee Processing/Harvesting (Agri-tech), Legal Consultation, Accounting Dashboard App (Fin-tech) and FnB (Food and Beverage). Collaborative approach in working with different stakeholders from multination team to design end-to-end product solutions.
Based in Indonesia, with a track record of designing products that have amassed 100k+ downloads with Rating 4.1 out of 5 based on user feedback in Google Playstore. Also significantly improving the product experience and achieving avg. 82% increase in task completion rate, a successful transaction rate of 23%, and a 20% reduction in errors.
With a business education background combined with a passion in product design makes me able to design in accordance to market needs. Experienced as UI/UX designer provides the knowledge about real portrayal of the job more than what's written on the job description. Having no difficulties with Figma, Figjam, Maze, CleverTap, Zeplin, Google Analytics and Firebase.

Problem/Opportunity Space
Not all product start with problem, some might with opportunity. The main goal in here is to understand user shoes such as Looking In (Internal Company) and Looking Out (Customer). But also Looking Around (Market Trends, Competitor, etc).
Method I use: Interview, Competitor Research, Field Study, Observation Research

Possibility Space
After gathering all the informations, here we explore all the creative possibilities to address the identified problems/opportunity. It's about brainstorming and coming up with a wide range of potential solutions without limitations.
Method I use: Brainstorming, Workshop, HMW, Moderated User Testing, Rapid Prototyping Stakeholder Needs Discussion, User Flow, Customer Journey, Service Blueprint.

Solution Space
Refine and evaluate the possibilities into viable solutions based on user needs and technical feasibility. Also based on its potential impact on the user experience. Then deliver the design to be developed.
Method I use: Design Sprint, Usability Testing, UI Design.

Iterative & Non-Linear
Design Process isn't a straight line. Constantly improve ideas and explore different solutions from all spaces based on what I learn from testing, feedback, current market trends and business changes.
